King Brothers Dairy

About King Brothers Dairy...a long tradition of family farming.

Years ago our family provided many homes in the Saratoga area with fresh, home delivered milk and cream. The original King Brothers Colebrook Dairy was operated by our grandfather, Edgar, and the rest of the King family until the early 1960's. Many residents to this day fondly remember our grandfather as their milkman. And our father, Ed, vividly remembers loading the truck early in the morning and dropping off fresh milk and cream to their customers.

In the spring of 2010, after increasing inquiries from friends and neighbors, we returned to our roots with King Brothers Dairy. We are proud to be providing you with high quality, glass-bottled milk and fresh, locally produced products, delivered directly to your door.

Our farm, Kings-Ransom Farm, is located in Bacon Hill, just outside of Saratoga Springs in an area that is rich in agricultural tradition. Our long family history of dairy farming yielded us the New york State Century Farm Award in 2008. Fresh milk is the main product produced on our farm. We also grow our own corn and hay to feed our cows, and make topsoil and compost, which is sold in the surrounding area.

Our farm is well known for our purebred Holstein cows. Farms from around the world have sought out our genetics. Locally, you can see us at the Saratoga County Fair during mid-July, where you can stop by the dairy barn and say hello.
